Below, and on the following pages you will learn about my Programs.  The Ways of Being Programs are 9 month courses, designed for busy people. The programs provide a fast, simple structure each day to create, set up and practice a mindset, focus or a Way of Being to practice for one day.

Does it really work?  You bet it does!  Let’s use the example of buying a new car.  When you know which car you want to buy, you begin to see more of those cars on the road.  It’s as if everyone bought one in an instant.  Why is that?  The simple explanation is, when you put an idea in the forefront of your mind, and give it more than a moments worth of attention, the mind is on alert for it.  There aren’t more cars on the road of the make and model you want, the mind is on alert and noticing them. This is how The Programs work.  You get a MINDSET, focus, or Way of Being for the day, think about it for a moment, do a one minute exercise and the mind does the rest. 

In life, you’ll find exactly what you’re looking for.  It doesn’t matter if it’s positive, negative, empowering or disempowering, you are an evidence grabber.  Here is the question.  What do you look for?  If you want to find evidence that this web site doesn’t make sense...you’ll find it.  You will also do the same thing with your career, relationships, situations and other people.  It is of paramount importance to manage your MINDSET and Focus each day.  Look at what’s at stake: Marriages, Families, Friendships, Careers, Health, Well-Being...just to name a few.
